How Do I Place An Order?
Browse our shop and add the desired items to your cart; upon review of your cart you may start the checkout process. If you need a custom order please fill out the custom order information sheet.
Payment & Shipping:
Payment is required before any work is started. All orders are made to order; this requires additional processing time. Typically we ship all orders in one to two weeks; if all the materials needed for your items are in stock then your order will ship quicker. We strive to provide you with quality products and take special care with every order.
Rush My Order:
If you have a specific deadline please let us know and we will do our best to make it happen; there is an additional fee for this option.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for payment. All payments are secure and no information is stored on our site.
Returns & Replacements:
All sales are final. Since we make custom items there are no returns. We are not responsible for order errors; please check your order before submitting payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We are not responsible for items that are misused or not cared for properly.
Send us an email with all information, a picture of the damage and a description to upon review we will contact you with further instructions on how to proceed.
